We lose touch with the flow that connects all things, and we begin to suffer—often without knowing why. But as the Buddha said, “Suffering is optional.”
My own journey began in that same darkness. I’ve experienced loss, confusion, and the collapse of everything I thought I was—until grace revealed the deeper truth. I was blessed to study under enlightened masters such as Dharmapa Rimpoché, and for more than a decade, I’ve shared that living wisdom through meditation centers, retreats, and one-on-one guidance around the world.
